Creative Coping is proud to now offer an accessible and affordable option for ADHD assessment and diagnosis.
Our ADHD assessments use information gathered from clinical interviews and scored measurements in addition to data from the QbTest, an FDA-cleared, objective test completed on a computer in our office.
The QbTest is designed to measure core ADHD symptoms – activity, inattention, and impulsivity. The tests are easy and painless, last 15-20 minutes, and are cleared for ages 6-60.
The $250 assessment fee includes:

Pre-screening questionnaire for parents/caregivers

In-person interview and discussion with child and caregivers

The Qbtest (15-20 minute computer test performed in-office)

If applicable, documentation of ADHD diagnosis with signature and license number on practice letterhead

Recommendations for further testing and suggestions for treatments or next steps

Please note that this service is not reimbursable by insurance.
Please note that we are not able to provide the following:

Neuropsychological evaluations with lengthy, written reports

Testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder - this should be done by a specialist provider with expertise in diagnosing autism.

Testing for learning differences, or any other educational testing

Attendance at IEP meetings, or any other educational advocacy

Medication consultation or advice
